All our Transmission parts meet or exceed all original manufactures specifications, and most of the time are purchased from the same suppliers who supply the original manufacture.

How can I identify the VIN code of my Transmission?
If your vehicle was manufactured between 1975 to 1980, the VIN/Transmission code is the 5th digit of your VIN number.
If your vehicle was manufactured after 1980, the VIN/Engine code is the 8th digit of your VIN number.
Note: We will verify this information (if needed) before processing your order.




SUMMARY OF OUR TRANSMISSION LIMITED WARRANTY:
Passenger car and light truck transmissions will be warranted to only the original purchaser named in the transaction and only for the transmission described on the applicable transaction number. This warranty does not include any other material, labor, components or parts of the vehicle other than the specific transmission and components provided. If failure of a transmission should occur during the specified warranty period and it is determined the failure is due to a defect in workmanship or parts installed by us, we will replace or repair the defective unit to the original buyer

It is the express responsibility of the customer to contact and return the vehicle or transmission at the owners expense to us or a facility designated by us.

The Standard limit labor reimbursement covers labor at $35.00 per hour.

All Premium and Extra Premium warranties must be purchased at the time of sale.

- Loss of time or use
- Loss of income or revenue
- Loss of transportation or vehicle rental
- Equipment rental
- Any towing charges
- Diagnostic time, fluids, filters or shop supplies
- Fluid starvation for any reason
- Damage caused by misuse and neglect, or accident
- Improper installation
- Abnormal wear from contaminated oil (fuel or dirt)
- Vehicle used for towing purposes unless a proper transmission cooler has been installed

What is Our Core Return Policy?
When purchasing one of our transmissions, you will be charged for the core during the initial transaction. We do not want to hold your money any longer than is absolutely necessary. Our company has won national recognition for its integrity, and we can assure you we will expedite the core return quickly. Congratulations! You about to experience one of the finest remanufactured transmissions in the world. To help insure our world-class quality and pricing, it is imperative we receive an identical rebuildable core in return for each transmission delivered. You will receive a separate return bill of lading, shipping and packaging instructions for returning your core when you take delivery of your remanufactured unit.

Please read and follow the instructions for core credit:
a) Core credit will be given after passing a visual inspection. Units subject to an internal inspection are, E4OD Diesels & 460's, 4L80E's. Any Diesel or Turbo applications are subject to an internal inspection as well.
b) All Cores returned must be a "rebuildable core." Any case damaged from the inside out, i.e. exploded differentials will receive no core refund. These are not rebuildable units
c) Broken / Welded Cases / Housings will receive partial core refund. The charge for cases/housings will be market value at the time of the core return. You will be refunded the difference. Any unit returned with a broken case will receive 35% of the core value.
d) Core returned must be the identical part number as what was furnished to you , unless agreed otherwise upon the time of order.
e) Torque Converter must be returned with the transmission core and must be identical part number as what was furnished to you.
f) All shipping brackets furnished on new unit must be returned on the core. g) Any disassembled core returned will be inspected when received and will only be granted partial core refund. The amount refunded will be assessed on an individual basis No cores that have been disassembled and reassembled will be accepted. h) Core must be returned within 30 days to receive core refund. If you are unsure of the quality of any core you have upon ordering a unit, we will be happy to pick up your unit, inspect the core and give you a cost to rebuild it. We can custom build your Transmission upon your request (additional charge may apply).

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any charges before we've started building your Transmission.
Note: Since we confirm the order information before processing it, you'll have many opportunities to cancel the order without any charges.

The tag ID is a unique identifying characteristic for transmissions. The tag is located in different places on different transmissions. It is critical in precisely identifying a transmission application. It is always needed for online orders. If you are unable to determin the Tag ID (in case of multiple choices), please call us.

The Transmission Model identifies the type or family of a particular transmission. The Transmission Model can be found on the transmission case or in the owner's manual. The Transmission Model is required for applications with unspecified Tag ID. If you are unable to determin the model of the transmission (in case of multiple choices), please call us.
